KAMALIAH MOHAMAD NOH

Associate Professor Dr. Kamaliah Mohamad Noh is a lecturer in Public Health and Community Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine, Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences.  Prior to this academic appointment she had worked in the MOH and has more than 35 years of experience at various levels of the public health delivery system in Malaysia, retiring as the Deputy Director for Primary Health Care in the Family Health Development Division in 2016. At the global health level, her work directly contributed to the nation’s efforts in attaining global public health targets, namely Universal Health Coverage in the post-2015 SDGs, ASEAN’s post-2015 health development agenda, the United Nation’s MDGs. Her consultancies include appointments as WHO technical expert in Primary Health Care and an independent consultant to the Primary Health Care Track of the Joint Learning Network. Her research interests include primary health care, health care quality and performance measurements.
