Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

• Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing / email to the Congress Secretariat: registration@mhwc.my

• Cancellation received after 14th August 2023 will incur a penalty fee of 50% of registration fee paid.

• No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 30th August 2023. Substitution of names is allowed without any penalty charge.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and the publication of your abstract if full payment has not been made.

• Applicable refund will be processed after the Congress.

• The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
